Sessions make your courses real.
They connect a Course Offering (your template) to an actual date, time, and instructor so students can register or rosters can be submitted.
Admins and instructors both use this page—admins for public enrollment, instructors for roster-submission or private classes.
| Role | What they can do |
|---|---|
| Admin | Create and publish public sessions that appear on your Hovn site. |
| Instructor (Can Manage Sessions = Yes) | Create sessions for existing courses, submit rosters, and manage private or client-based classes. |
💡 If you don’t see New Session, ask your admin to enable “Can Manage Sessions” in your profile.
Choose the Course Offering you’re scheduling.
Its materials, structure, and price load automatically.
💡 If you don’t see your course, contact your admin to ensure it’s been created in Courses → Create a Course Offering.
