Overview
Private sessions let you run classes for a specific client (like a workplace or organization). Unlike public sessions, these do not appear on your site. Students can register without paying at checkout, and all billing is rolled into a single client invoice.
- Create a client profile: add the client’s name, contact info, and headquarters.
- If onsite: create a Location and assign it to the client. It will be marked Not Discoverable so it doesn’t appear as a public training location.
Steps
- From the sidebar, click Sessions → New Session.
- Select the Course you want to schedule.
- Choose the Location — either a training center or a client’s onsite address.
- Assign Instructors. They’ll be notified just like in public sessions.
- Under Client, select an existing client or create a new one.
- Once a client is assigned, the session is automatically set to Private.
- Billing switches to client invoice mode.
- Set the number of seats, price (if different from course default), and session date/time.
- Click Save.
What Changes with Client-Billed

- Notifications:
- Access: the client (or you) can use the Share link to distribute a private registration page.
Running a Private Session
- Check in students, upload results, and issue certifications just like a public class.
- Assign e-cards from your card bank at the roster screen.
