Create Your First Course

Goal: Create and publish your first real class in Hovn.

Time required: 15 minutes

By the end of this step, you’ll have:

• A Location (where you teach)
• A Material (the item students need for their class)
• A Course (your packaged offering)
• A Session (date/time students can register for)

👉 This is the fastest way to reach value: you’ll leave Step 2 with a class ready to go live.

1. Add a Location

Locations in Hovn are a powerful tool for Local SEO, Class Discovery, and organization.

To start, create the primary location where you offer classes.

✅ Steps

• Go to Locations → Add Location
• Enter street address (Hovn will autocomplete w/ Google Maps)
• Add a Label + Arrival Instructions
• Set Discoverable ON so it shows on city rollups
• Save
