Connect Your Credentials

Goal: Get your system live so you can take payments and publish your first class

Total Time: 15 minutes

By the end of this step you’ll:

1. Connect Stripe (Payments)

Once Stripe is connected, payments flow through Hovn automatically for registrations and invoices.

✅ Steps

1️⃣ Log in → accept your admin invite.

2️⃣ Switch to your Service Provider account (top-left switcher).

3️⃣ Go to Settings → Billing → Connect to Stripe and complete setup.

‼️ Please complete all steps. Skipped steps must be completed before you can connect to Hovn.

4️⃣ Confirm status = Connected.

Stripe Not Connected?

All steps must be completed in Stripe to activate your account.

To fix any issues go through Hovn. Go to Settings → Billing → Connect to Stripe and complete the remaining tasks.

Instructor Profiles are separate from your Admin or Owner Account. Instructors are assigned to sessions and attached to submitted rosters.

Instructor profiles update in one place and it stays in sync across the Hovn network. Just like a LinkedIn or Facebook Profile.
