Discoverable Locations

The Discoverable toggle controls whether a location shows up on your public site outside of specific sessions.

How it works

• Discoverable ON → City and state appear on your main catalog. Any public sessions at that address are listed.
• Discoverable OFF → The address only appears if you directly attach it to a session. Great for client or corporate sites.

Example

• Training center with 3 public classrooms = Discoverable ON.
• A private hospital client = Discoverable OFF.
