Instructor Setup in Hovn

One Platform for Every Instructor, Course, & Certification

Empower your instructors to teach, track, and issue certifications in one system of record.

When your instructors work inside Hovn, every roster, keycode, and certification lives together — no duplicate work, no separate spreadsheets, no switching between platforms.

🧭 The Instructor Lifecycle in Hovn

Setting up your network to run in Hovn follows three connected phases.

Each phase has its own guide and video so you can move smoothly from setup → teaching → certification.

Phase 1 — Build the Foundation (Admin)

First, as the admin, you will configure your Hovn account for record submission.

→ Set Up Record Submission

→ Set Permissions so every instructor knows what they can manages

Phase 2 — Invite & Onboard Instructors (Instructor)

Next, your instructors will join the platform and begin conducting or logging classes.

→ Instructors complete their profile and add agency IDs.

→ They create sessions for the courses you’ve built.

→ They run classes and submit rosters — everything logged in Hovn.

Phase 3 — Review & Certify (Admin)
