Manual Booking with Material Selection
Overview
Add students to your classes one at a time with full control over materials, pricing, and payment options. The new manual booking dialog makes it easy to register students, select their course materials, apply coupon codes, and manage payment requests—all before finalizing the booking.
Available for: Service Provider Admins
What You Can Do
With the enhanced manual booking feature, you can:
Complete Student Information Management
- Enter student details including name, email, and phone number
- Choose whether to send confirmation emails automatically
- Request payment immediately or register students without payment
Material Selection Control
- View all available course materials with pricing
- Select optional materials for each student
- Waive materials when appropriate (for waivable materials)
- See real-time price calculations as you make selections
Coupon Code Support
- Apply discount codes during booking
- See original and discounted prices side-by-side
- Validate coupons before finalizing bookings
Review Before Confirming
- Add multiple students to a pending list
- Review all bookings before submitting
- Edit or remove pending bookings
- Confirm all bookings at once
Session Storage Persistence
- Pending bookings are saved automatically
- Navigate away and return without losing your work
- Review sheet reopens if you have pending bookings
